RecurDyn is a computer-aided engineering (CAE) software package which is developed to simulate multibody systems. In RecurDyn, the dynamics of both rigid and flexible bodies are modeled by combining traditional rigid multibody dynamics with the finite element technology for modeling flexible bodies. For simulating transmission systems including shafts, bearings and gears, the DriveTrain toolkit of RecurDyn utilizes different features of KISSsoft. Contact analysis of bearing and gear is performed through the solver that KISSsoft supports.
CADFEM has been a successful Ansys Elite Channel Partner since 1985. It is one of the pioneers of the application of numerical simulation in product development, is one of the largest CAE providers and supports Ansys users in all questions related to simulation. CADFEM operates within a strong partner network and is part of the international CADFEM Group. For KISSsoft, CADFEM have written a plug-in in Ansys which allows multi-bolt connections to be calculated with FE and verified according to VDI 2230 (with KISSsoft).

The results can be exported to KISSsoft® with one click to use the extensive verification options according to VDI 2230.
Applisoft Europe develops software applications for PTC® products. As Enterprise Software Partner of PTC (the only ESP certified company in Italy), AppliSoft Europe have a successful partnership for the development of ad hoc solutions. AppliSoft Europe has extensive knowledge of development tools of Creo products such as Pro/TOOLKIT®. For KISSsoft they have programmed the interface to CAD Creo Parametric, which is described in more detail in the CAD Interfaces section.

The Drivetrain Toolkit of Ansys Motion offers the KISSsoft interface for exact gear model creation.
IFKA Solutions offers IFKA Gearbox, an intelligent assistant for efficient gearbox development. This assistant supports the bidirectional synchronization of KISSsoft models/data between different CAD/CAE applications and databases. In addition, the intelligent data evaluation helps to fulfill design requirements more quickly. This makes the gearbox development process faster and easier with IFKA Gearbox.
