Siemens NX

The interface between NX and KISSsoft creates the direct integration in the 3D CAD system. With this solution, users can run every KISSsoft calculation module from NX. Cylindrical gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated in NX as a 3D part with a real tooth form. The interface enables users to create cylindrical gears with straight or helical and external or internal teeth, racks and shafts (conus and cylinder elements). Gear manufacturing data can then be added to the drawing automatically as a text field via the interface.

 

Creo Parametric

Cylindrical gears or bevel gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated directly in Creo Parametric as a 3D part with a real tooth form. During this process, a new part is opened in Creo Parametric and the appropriate component is generated. The interface enables users to create cylindrical gears with straight or helical and external or internal teeth as well as straight bevel gears as defined in DIN 3971. There is also the option of adding gear manufacturing data in the 2D area via the interface.

 

CATIA

Cylindrical gears or bevel gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated directly in CATIA V5 as a 3D part with a real tooth form. During this process, a new part is opened in CATIA V5 and the appropriate component is generated. The interface enables users to create cylindrical gears with straight or helical and external or internal teeth. There is also the option of adding gear manufacturing data in the 2D area via the interface.

 

Solid Edge

The interface between Solid Edge and KISSsoft realizes the direct integration into the 3D CAD system. This solution enables the user to start all KISSsoft calculation modules from Solid Edge. Cylindrical or bevel gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated in Solid Edge as a 3D part with a real tooth form. Straight and helical gears, external or internal spur gears, racks, straight bevel gears according to DIN 3971 and shafts (conical and cylindrical elements) are possible. With the interface, gear manufacturing data can be automatically inserted as a text field on the drawing.

 

Solid Works

The interface between SolidWorks and KISSsoft realizes the direct integration into the 3D CAD system. It enables you to start all KISSsoft calculation modules from SolidWorks. Spur or bevel gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated in SolidWorks as a 3D part with a real tooth form. Straight and helical gears, external or internal spur gears, racks, straight bevel gears according to DIN 3971 (Figure 1) and shafts (conical and cylindrical elements) are possible. With the Die interface, gear manufacturing data can be automatically inserted as a text field on the drawing.

 

Autodesk Inventor

The interface between Autodesk Inventor and KISSsoft realizes direct integration into the 3D CAD system. It enables you to start all KISSsoft calculation modules directly from Inventor. Cylindrical or bevel gears calculated in KISSsoft can be generated directly in Inventor as a 3D part with a real tooth form. Straight and helical gears, external or internal spur gears, racks, straight bevel gears according to DIN 3971 (Figure 1) and shafts (conical and cylindrical elements) are possible. With the Die interface, gear manufacturing data can be automatically inserted as a text field on the drawing.
