The KISSsoft® System Module provides comprehensive results and outputs. The calculation documentation process is simplified since all calculation data for the whole system or gearbox is stored and compiled in a single report.Part lists for bearings and gears are generated, allowing for a preliminary check of raw material purchase or long lead items early in the project.Relevant data such as safety factor, life and load parameter are clearly summarized in tables.The generated 3D representation of the system shows the geometric influence of every parameter change and supports collision check, also with imported CAD geometry. The system deformation can be displayed allowing for assessment of gear meshing misalignment and visualizing the contributions from bearings, shafts or housing deformation. For design space checks, 3D models can be exported in neutral formats readable by all CAD platforms.
