Gear Noise Analysis Update

As requested from our customers, we continue to present the expanding noise analysis tools available on both tactile and non-contact laser-based gear inspection systems. Traditional Fourier analysis has now been expanded to look at the entire gear rotation, transmission error and FFT graphically depicted as well tolerancing options. We demonstrate Kinematic transmission error prediction software with full, 3D graphics, a simulated audio noise feature, ghost noise detection beyond standard mesh harmonics caused by surface finish deviations, harmonic tolerancing and more. See how these tools can be used on both lab and in-process and provide an alternative to limited single flank and end of line test options.

With our new Home Trainer LIVE Webinars we would like to support you in these difficult times and inform you about gear manufacturing technology trends and solutions, even at today’s rather unusual workplaces. Home Trainer Webinars are moderated live by gear technology experts including the possibility to ask questions via the integrated chat.

Participant data of our Home Trainer Webinars are treated confidentially and will not be published. Participation in the Home Trainer Webinars is free of charge.
